The past few weeks have been an absolute goldmine for big GTA 6 news, which is a relief after years of near-silence from Rockstar and Take-Two. Ever since the Extended Look premiered (and really, since the Cyberleek leaks), we’ve been hearing much more about the world’s most-anticipated game, from big gameplay details to new merch. One place I think a lot of us were hoping to hear from was Game Informer, which has a history of covering Rockstar’s biggest games in massive amounts of detail. It’s a little later than the other previews, but the outlet has confirmed that’s exactly what’s happening in a few days with a stacked preview full of exclusive details. And It Sounds Like We’re About To Get A Lot Of Reveals Yesterday, Game Informer shared a post confirming once and for all that GTA 6 is gracing its cover for the next issue, which goes live digitally for subscribers on September 29. The preview will be a 14-page cover story that features “exclusive interview quotes and details of all things Vice City and Leonida”, with a particular focus on the game’s setting. Game Informer’s issue will share new details on GTA 6’s weather systems, its wildlife, “roaming Leonida on land, air, and sea”, and the steps that Rockstar took to research Miami and Florida to make it as realistic as possible. As if that wasn’t enough, 12 new screenshots of GTA 6 will also be included in the preview. Although there have certainly been a lot of GTA 6 previews over the past few weeks and tons of details shared about the game itself, Game Informer has always had some of the best coverage of Rockstar’s behemoths, so it’ll be a treat to see what’s in store. And, if nothing else, it means we don’t have long to go until more is revealed about GTA 6.
