Group seeks accountability for vessel that damaged Cavite mussel farms
MANILA, Philippines — An activist fisherfolk group is calling on authorities to identify and hold accountable a dredging vessel that damaged more than 10 mussel-farming structures, or tahungan, in Cavite City.
