The Offering was conducted by Stifel Canada as sole agent and bookrunner (the “Agent”).Each Unit consists of one common share (a “Common Share“) and one Common Share purchase warrant (each, a “Warrant“) of the Company. Each Warrant is exercisable to acquire one Common Share until July 30, 2029, at an exercise price of C$0.155 per Common Share, subject to adjustment in certain events.
