Google posts Pixel Watch 5 factory images with one unified build

Following the Pixel 11 series earlier today, Google has released factory and OTA images for the Pixel Watch 5. Of note is how there is just one unified build — CD5A.260611.00 — for the Pixel Watch 5, which is codenamed “goteria.” Wear OS 7 is based on Android 17, which Google rolled out in June to existing devices. It remains to be seen which Pixel Watch 5 features will make their way to older devices. The next update should be in September with the Q3 Pixel Drop. Historically, there have been separate builds for the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi and LTE models. This unification could help streamline the build process internally.
