As previewed in May, Google Chrome can now use Gemini and Personal Intelligence to autofill much more information. This feature uses Gemini with Personal Intelligence to go beyond autofilling names, addresses, and credit card numbers. Chrome autofill can now “automatically suggest information pulled directly from Gmail as you fill out online forms.” This might include order numbers, tracking information, and flight bookings. In the autofill dropdown, you’ll see the “Suggested by Gemini” option when suggestions are available. On the privacy front, “sensitive data is encrypted and you remain in control.” You can remove specific suggestions and disable the enhanced autofill experience entirely in Chrome Settings. This is rolling out now in the US for Gemini in Chrome users who have Personal Intelligence enabled on Android, iOS, and desktop.
