The next installment in the iconic monster movie franchise picks up two years after the events of its Oscar-winning predecessor Minus One, in which Kōichi Shikishima and his family return, only to find themselves facing a new destructive threat, including the eponymous kaiju. Once again written and directed by Takashi Yamazaki, Godzilla Minus Zero is slated for a November 3 release in Japan and November 6 debut in the United States. Now, however, it's been announced by Film at Lincoln Center that Godzilla Minus Zero will officially be making its world premiere at the 64th New York Film Festival as part of its Spotlight Gala selection. The highly-anticipated new sequel will debut on September 26, which will also include writer/director Takashi Yamazaki and some of the film's cast and crew in attendance. Developing...
