We concur with their message that the worldwide cross-sectional INCAPS 4 study bears profound implications for international patient safety. Indeed, mapping and improving quality and safety in the use of ionizing radiation across medical imaging and radiotherapy around the globe is a driving motivator for the efforts of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s Division of Human Health.
