Gill hits 223 not out as India chase down 406 to beat West Indies in second ODI

A capacity crowd witnessed a host of batting records on Wednesday, Shubman Gill leading the way with 223 not out off 133 balls as India beat West Indies by eight wickets in their second ODI.Gill notched his best ODI score and a record-high individual tally in an ODI run-chase. It was his 11th hundred in the format, one of five on the day, as India amassed 406-2 in 43.3 overs to take a winning 2-0 lead in the three-match series. Opening partner Rohit Sharma made 101 as the duo put on 255 off 158 balls - the second-highest opening stand for India in ODIs.
