Published September 11, 2026 04:34 PM Wide receiver Malik Nabers was a full participant in practice again on Friday, but the team isn’t ready to say anything definitive about his status for Sunday night’s game against the Cowboys. Nabers has been listed as questionable to play in the team’s first game of the regular season. Giants head coach John Harbaugh called Nabers “ready to go” on Wednesday, but Nabers said on Thursday that missing the game is a possibility and that the team is “leaving the decision up” to him. Nabers tore his ACL late last September and said earlier in the offseason that he doesn’t want to return until he feels able to play an entire game without any limitations due to his knee. The signs from Giants practices of late have been that Nabers is ready for that kind of involvement, but official word isn’t going to come until closer to kickoff.
