Huddersfield Giants maintained their good run against Barrow Raiders with a convincing 42-0 victory at a wet Craven Park in the Women's Super League.Winger Mollie Iceton and full-back Amelia Brown scored two tries each in the first 40 minutes to put the Giants into a commanding 24-point lead at half-time.Iceton completed her hat-trick and scored a fourth try in the second half before Samantha Hulme and Madison Clegg both went over as the Giants picked up a fifth consecutive win over the bottom-placed Raiders.With just two matches of the regular season remaining, the Raiders are now staring down the barrel of a relegation play-off against the top-placed Championship team which are currently Swinton Lionesses.Meanwhile, Featherstone Rovers comfortably beat Leigh Leopards 30-0 at Post Office Road.Ellie Lamb broke the deadlock for the hosts before Aaliyah Brewster powered over underneath the sticks moments before the break.Kate Evans extended Featherstone's lead in the second half and Cerys Gregory scored her first try for the club with less than 20 minutes remaining while Chloe Billington's late try put the seal on the win.The victory means Rovers go four points clear of second-bottom Leopards and will face the Giants in the Shield Final.
