Gavin Leatherwood & Hermione Corfield Among Cast Of Indie Feature ‘Still Yours’

EXCLUSIVE: The indie feature Still Yours from writer and director Chris Shaw has wrapped production and is revealing its cast: Gavin Leatherwood (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Hermione Corfield (Outlander: Blood of My Blood), Richard Speight, Jr. (Band of Brothers), Patrick Luwis (Cobra Kai), and Julie Ann Emery (Better Call Saul). The additional cast also includes Jackson Pace (9-1-1: Lone Star), Tabitha Petrini (American Horror Stories) and Ian Lyons (Widow’s Bay). The film marks Shaw’s feature directorial debut, with his prior experience focused on short films. In Still Yours, following the death of his mother after a prolonged illness, Jack (Leatherwood) struggles to move forward, having put his own future on hold to care for her. His relationship with his father, Roy (Speight, Jr.), remains fractured by years of resentment, despite Roy’s attempts at reconciliation. Watch on Deadline Jack’s one constant is his girlfriend, Grace (Corfield), whose unwavering support has helped him navigate his grief. An aspiring fashion designer, Grace has embraced a life close to home, choosing to remain near Jack and her family rather than pursue opportunities elsewhere. But as unexpected family revelations come to light and Jack is confronted with another devastating loss, both find themselves questioning the futures they once imagined. The production utilized the North Shore of Massachusetts as the backdrop for the drama. Shaw describes the project as “a dissection of the questions and difficult truths that emerge from old and new wounds, and how those experiences shape us, particularly when the hurt comes from those we trust most.” The project is currently in post-production, with the filmmakers actively engaging prospective distribution partners and targeting a theatrical release. Still Yours is produced by Jake Kelley, Justin Machleit, and Shaw, with Michael Petrovich serving as executive producer and Trevor Hollander as associate producer and cinematographer. Leatherwood is represented by Verve and Entertainment 360; Corfield by Independent Talent, Innovative and TFC; Speight by Formation Talent Agency and Thruline Entertainment; Emery by Innovative and ColorCreative; and Luwis by Clear Talent Group and Impact Artists Group.
