As all charts update each Tuesday morning, here’s a look at highlights of the latest rankings, dated July 25 and reflecting the July 10-16 measurement week, according to data tracker Luminate (or otherwise noted). Among this week’s chart stars are Future, The Rolling Stones, Ella Langley, Stella Lefty and Kenny Chesney. As Future achieves his 12th Billboard 200 No. 1 with the debut of The Real Me, the Stones score the chart’s second-highest entrance, with Foreign Tongues at No. 7. It’s the legends’ record-extending 39th top 10. The Stones first appeared in the top 10 on the chart dated Dec. 12, 1964, with 12 X 5. Who shared space with the band in the tier that week? The Beach Boys, Barbra Streisand, Elvis Presley, Andy Williams, The Supremes, The Beatles and Dean Martin. More than 61 years later, the group continues to gather no moss, appearing in the Billboard 200’s top 10 with, among others, Olivia Rodrigo. “She’s really good at it,” Mick Jagger mused in the newest Billboard cover story, alongside Keith Richards. “Everyone thought she was a different kind of singer, but there’s quite a few female singers that have made that transition. Ella Langley “Choosin’ Texas” is No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for a 14th week. U.S. for a fourth frame. Oasis Also kicking up chart action, “Wonderwall” surges to the top five on both the Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. The ‘90s anthem by the Brit band also returns to the Hot 100 in the top 40, following England’s run in the World Cup. Heated Rivalry From soccer to hockey: The series’ official soundtrack enters the Billboard 200 at No. 8. It’s additionally No. 1 on both the Soundtracks and Vinyl Albums charts following its release on CD and vinyl. Plus, it’s the first top 10 for the Atlantic Outpost imprint, which began last year. “My whole family is super hardworking,” she recently told Billboard. “I think the biggest takeaway is there’s a grit that I feel, like, ‘Keep your head down and just keep going …’ I’ve been working as hard as possible and learned that from them. They were super emotionally supportive. They definitely pushed me in that regard and I’m grateful for that.” Olivia Dean “So Easy (To Fall in Love)” hits No. 1 on Radio Songs, where it’s Dean’s second leader, after her breakthrough single, “Man I Need.” She’s the first artist to send her first two entries on the chart to the top spot this decade. Kenny Chesney Chesney notches his record-breaking 62nd top 10 on Country Airplay with “Carry On.” He breaks out of a tie with Tim McGraw and George Strait for the most dating to the chart’s January 1990 start. Temper City “Self Aware” marks the trio’s first No. 1 with its first entry, on Alternative Airplay. Cage the Elephant “Beaches in Tennessee” launches at No. 1 on Rock & Alternative Airplay, where it’s just the sixth song ever to debut on top, and the band’s first. Duelo The act adds its sixth Regional Mexican Airplay No. 1 with “Para Que Ya No Duela.” Plus, the band has two No. 1s in a single year for the first time since 2007, as “Te Cura El Tiempo” led in April.
