Fury as Center Parcs makes major change to its booking policy – with customers slamming ‘incredibly unfair’ rule

CUSTOMERS have been left furious over a decision by Center Parcs to switch up its booking policy, branding the move “incredibly unfair”. Those heading to the posh holiday park must now cancel any bookings for the spa or other activities seven days prior, rather than 12 hours in advance, to get a full refund. Angry fans have blasted the pricey holiday camp, with some branding the move as “greedy”. The cost of activities is already ridiculous,” another customer moaned. A family of four could pay over £3,000 to stay at one of their lodges, and pay around £50 on top to head to the spa for the day. Activities such as badminton can cost up to £17, while bowling could cost up to £45. Holiday-goers said they were worried they won’t be able to change their planned activities the day before if they become unwell or the weather isn’t as good as they hoped. “The effect will be that we book significantly less activities, if any at all,” a third angry visitor warned. Customers who cancel less than seven days before will pay a 50% cancellation fee. Most read in Money A spokesperson told The Sun: “We have made some changes to our activity and Aqua Sana Forest Spa cancellation policy for guests staying at Center Parcs from Monday 12 October 2026 onwards. “Guests can now amend or cancel these bookings up to seven days before the scheduled start time and receive a full refund.
