‘Full of s**t!’ – Dana White fires back at Eddie Hearn sue threat after Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury saga rumbles on

DANA WHITE has branded Eddie Hearn “full of s**t” after the promoter dismissed claims Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury is a done deal. Long-time AJ promoter Hearn hit out at suggestions of the fight being finalised and an imminent announcement, saying: “There’s absolutely nothing imminent at all regarding an announcement. Sign up for the Sport newsletter Thank you! “Unless there’s an announcement without our approval which would not be a good idea.” Hearn also took aim at UFC and Zuffa Boxing supremo White after he revealed he was behind the “television deal and the venue deal” for the bout. The Matchroom Boxing supremo told About Boxing: “I should be suing Dana White. “Because what he’s doing is, he’s actually purporting to have the ability to stage the fight there. “And he’s using my client to do a venue deal that he has no rights to.” White got wind of Hearn’s comments early on Wednesday morning and didn’t mince his words about his fellow promoter. His contract for the bout states it MUST take place on these shores. But broadcasters Netflix and Saudi boxing supremo Turki Alalshikh are insistent the fight takes place at MSG. Team Joshua are still holding out hope of a U-turn from Netflix and Alalshikh. But they could end up ultimately bowing to the fan pressure for the long-overdue punch-up to finally take place.
