The department store’s two-hour wardrobe refresh service is designed to help you find the style that works best with your lifestyle and budget. There is no obligation to buy anything, so you can just pick up plenty of useful tips from one of more than 150 stylists working in branches across the country. It’s a great deal: the Swedish superstore provides sparkling drinks, paint and a canvas – you just need to bring your inner Picasso. For example, jewellery brand Abbott Lyon will accept applicants for its creator programme from anyone who has 1,000 followers on TikTok or Instagram. You’ll then receive a £50 voucher that you can use to spend on products from the website. More than one in ten women who menstruate report struggling to afford period products for themselves or a dependent, according to the charity ActionAid. You can expect to pay around £5 for a pack of branded tampons – if you buy a pack every four weeks that adds up to an astonishing £65 over a year.
