BRAD Pitt has suffered a fresh blow after it was revealed that his 18-year-old child has taken legal action to cut final ties with him. According to court documents seen by the Daily Mail, the reason behind Brad’s youngest child’s surname change is listed as “personal”. An official court hearing is scheduled for later this year on November 2. This isn’t the first time Vivienne has made it clear she wants to drop the Pitt surname. When she appeared in a Broadway production of The Outsiders in 2024, she was listed on the bill as Vivienne Jolie. The siblings followed Shiloh, 20, who also no longer uses the Pitt name. Most read in Showbiz Now only Pax, 23, still uses the Pitt surname. Brad adopted Maddox and Zahara as his own, but his once-close family has fallen apart since his bitter 2019 divorce from ex-wife Angelina. The Oscar-winner was once inseparable from all six kids: Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox. But the latest snub comes as Brad’s relationship with his children remains deeply strained. A source told People: “He has virtually no contact with the adult kids. His engagement with the younger kids is more limited in recent months because of his filming schedule.” Insiders also claimed that Brad is privately “devastated” by the legal action. Comment now
