On Sunday at 1:26 a.m. EDT a freeze warning was released by the National Weather Service valid from 11 p.m. EDT until Monday 11 a.m. EDT for Saginaw, Shiawassee, Genesee, Lapeer, St. Clair, Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe counties.
