Franklin County man, one of FBI's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives, pleads guilty in federal case
Donald Eugene Fields II, 61, was indicted on federal charges in December 2022. He was arrested about three years later during a traffic stop by police in Lady Lake, Florida.
