Former England star puts £3.3million Cheshire mansion with golf simulator, home cinema, gym and steam room up for sale

EVERTON ace Michael Keane has put in a transfer request at home by putting his £3.3million Cheshire mansion up for sale – complete with a golf simulator. Keane, 33, bought the 6,500 sq.ft pad from Everton legend Phil Jagielka in 2021 for £2.9million but now wants to sell it, and has slashed £200,000 off the original asking price. Planners gave him the go-ahead for a gym extension in 2020 despite objections from his next door neighbour but building work never started. The pad is described by estate agents as an “immaculate, beautifully presented contemporary house in one of the area’s most sought after roads”. An impressive two-year spell at Turf Moor led to Everton signing him in 2017, where he has been a good servant to the club – making 265 appearances.
