Florida property tax amendment
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A Florida nonprofit called Save Our Votes From Misleading Ballot Information is suing the state over a proposed constitutional amendment relating to property taxes. The group says the title of the item, “Save Our Homes From Property Taxes,” which will appear on ballots in November, is not a neutral description of the amendment’s purpose.
