Naqdi added, “They should know that the method the Islamic forces will use once they arrive there will be the same method used with Banu Qurayza.” He continued, “Therefore, they must flee quickly, and those who remain will be treated according to the way the Banu Qurayza were treated, according to the rulings of the Torah, not according to Islamic mercy.” On the 76th day after the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Washington and Tehran, and 185 days after the outbreak of war between the two sides, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said that if the US returned to fulfilling its commitments under the Memorandum, his country would immediately reciprocate. US President Donald Trump meanwhile threatened, “We will strike Iran hard and will respond to the Iranian attack on US forces in Jordan,” emphasizing that the Strait of Hormuz was in excellent condition and that the average number of ships passing through was 30 every night. The Iranian presidency meanwhile announced that President Pezeshkian had assured the Pakistani Prime Minister of Iran’s readiness to implement the Memorandum of Understanding, provided the other party also adheres to it.
