Emergency services are at the scene of a two-vehicle crash in Tasmania's north which has left five people with serious injuries.Tasmania Police says a rescue helicopter has been sent to the scene of the crash, which occurred on the Bass Highway near the Gannons Hill Road intersection at Elizabeth Town.The Bass Highway is blocked in both directions.Police have asked people to avoid the area and obey traffic diversions as emergency services attend to the scene.
