Give them a good clean and then stuff them with newspaper or some tissue paper so they hold their shape. Take brightly lit, natural daylight photos of the front, back, soles and size tag. Then write a detailed description including the brand, condition and any marks. TRAINER TRADE-IN: If you’ve got sought-after trainers from brands such as Nike, Adidas or New Balance, consider selling them through specialist marketplaces such as Laced, where you might get more money. It accepts new and pre-loved trainers, provided they’re one of the brands it lists and they meet condition standards. IN THE BAG: You can also get money back if you donate to certain charity shops.
