First flood warning issued as Godavari crosses 43-ft mark at Bhadrachalam

About 1,08 lakh cusecs of floodwater was being released downstream by lifting 15 of the project’s 62 gates, while inflows stood at 1.31 lakh cusecs at 11.48 a.m. on Friday.
