Fever Hire Sheri Sam As Assistant GM

The Indiana Fever hired Sheri Sam as an assistant general manager. Sam, who played 10 years in the WNBA, was previously a scouting manager for the Blazers. The Fever remain without a team president and general manager after Kelly Krauskopf left the team and Amber Cox was fired last week. The Fever finished 28-16 last season, claiming the No. 6 seed in the Eastern Conference for the third straight year.
