Ferry trips in Masbate, Bohol canceled due to habagat
MANILA, Philippines — Some ferry trips in Masbate and Bohol were canceled Thursday, Aug. 27, due to rough sea conditions brought by the southwest monsoon, or habagat, the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) announced.
