Bristol Crown Court was told the cop was becoming “rougher” during the encounter and took off the complainant’s underwear. The alleged victim told her “I don’t want to have sex with you” but Anderson kept persisting, it was said. Jurors heard she then told the woman: “I know the law, I need you to say yes.” Ms Martin added: “[The victim] was physically not reciprocating at all.” The court was told the woman did not consent to Anderson performing the sex act on her. Ms Martin continued: “[The victim] said no and Fiona just carried on anyway.” Most read in The Sun She allegedly felt like “she could not turn to anyone” after the incident because Anderson was a police officer, it was said. She told police in a video interview that she “struggled to understand” and “get past” what happened to her. Ms Martin said: “It’s crossed the line from one-sided sexual advance to sexual offending.” Anderson, who claims her memory of the evening was a “bit fuzzy”, denies two counts of sexual assault. The trial, listed for four days, continues.
