Nine days before Roberto Orozco-Ramirez’s next scheduled hearing, lawyers for the federal government asked the court to dismiss the illegal re-entry charge against the Froid, Montana, father and mechanic, according to court documents. The next day, Chief District Judge Brian Morris granted the government’s unopposed motion to dismiss.
