A federal judge has dismissed a defamation lawsuit against Fox News. Raymond Epps, a former Trump supporter, claimed he received death threats after Fox aired false conspiracy theories about his involvement in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol insurrection. On Friday, U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Hall in Delaware ruled Epps failed to prove Fox knew its statements were false.
