His sister Chloe Williams said: “We as a family are calling on Andy Burnham to review our case and demand immediate action. We demand that he serves his full sentence behind closed doors. Kaylan deserves nothing less.” And cousin Julie Craig said: “It beggar’s belief that after two years he’s allowed back into the community.
