Latest Fallout Set Leaks Confirm New Location And Make Joshua Graham's Appearance More Likely Published Aug 10, 2026, 7:06 AM EDT We’ve just had our biggest Fallout Season 3 set leak yet, confirming where the character will be heading next. It even hints at the appearance of a new faction, and the return of a fan-favourite Fallout: New Vegas character. As per the set leaks, the gang - or at the very least, The Ghoul - will be passing through Salt Lake City. Here, we’re seeing even more graffiti referencing the character Joshua Graham. Since Salt Lake City was founded by The Mormon Church, and Joshua Graham himself is a Mormon, it sounds like we have a very real possibility of seeing him here, years after the Honest Hearts DLC. Fallout Season 3 Is Taking The Characters Through Salt Lake City Numerous set leaks have given us a good look at this Salt Lake City set, which seems to mostly centre around a theatre. The theatre advertises a film or show starring The Ghoul - specifically The Ghoul, and not Cooper Howard. Casting calls for audience members heavily suggest that we’re going inside that theatre, which is leading many fans to believe that The Ghoul is performing live, rather than this being a film he shot years prior. The obvious question this raises is why The Ghoul is doing this, when he’s got his family to find in Colorado. One theory is that he is on the way, but stopped either to raise caps or is just feeling defeated after the last season. Either way, Utah is on the way to Colorado, so this lines up with where he’s heading. I do have another theory, however, and it’s one that could explain how Joshua Graham fits into all of this - it’s a flashback. Not a pre-war flashback, of course, but a scene that takes place before the show. I say that because it would make more sense for The Ghoul to be a performer then, and it makes the teased Joshua Graham cameo more likely, as in the main timeline, he’d be getting on a bit. Speaking of the Joshua Graham reference, we have more to go on than just graffiti now - although we do have even more of that. Another casting call fans have spotted references the “Sisters of Morm”. This is likely a cult centred around in-universe Mormonism, perhaps something that has sprung up since Joshua Graham’s own religious upbringing. Either way, exploring Fallout Mormonism would lend itself to at least a nod to Joshua. Lastly, it seems likely that Maximus - and therefore, Lucy - will have a scene in this set. Reddit user OriginalDisk captured a video in which they believe they spotted a double for Maximus, and interestingly, Norm. If they’re here, it’s a safe bet that Lucy is as well. That’s about all we can glean from this set of leaks. Given that the Fallout show films on location, we can expect more leaks like this before filming wraps.
