(CN) — Two death row inmates in Texas claim the state is using expired lethal injection drugs and executions are are taking "significantly longer than they should." They further claim the state refuses to provide documentation about its pentobarbital stores or provide unredacted test results for the compounded pentobarbital in its inventory.
