EU Keeps €100B for Ukraine in 2028-34 Budget Plan

The EU proposed €100 billion ($115 billion) funding package for Ukraine remains largely undisputed in negotiations on the bloc’s upcoming seven-year budget, according to a senior EU diplomat familiar with the matter.The funding, included in the European Commission’s proposal for the EU’s 2028-34 Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF), was first presented on July 16, 2025.
