Erling Haaland in furious bust-up with Porto star as brawl breaks out for SECOND time in fiesty Champions League clash

ERLING HAALAND has been caught in a furious bust-up during Manchester City’s Champions League clash. A second brawl broke out in the game as Haaland scrapped with Porto‘s Pablo Rosario in the 92nd minute. Players from both sides then came rushing in to offer their support as referee Szymon Marciniak was bounced around by players. It came just one minute after Haaland secured his second goal of the game. Referee Marciniak then brandished yellow cards for both Haaland and Rosario before the final seconds of Manchester City‘s win played out. Yellow cards had also been issued earlier in the game to the visitors’ Josko Gvardiol and Gianluigi Donnarumma. This was the second scrappy incident of the game, with Porto midfielder Gabri Veiga left covered in blood just minutes before half-time. Veiga had caught a wry elbow to the head from Marc Guehi, as the City and England defender escaped punishment after a VAR check. Forward Haaland made a quick start to the second half as he handed Manchester City the lead after a well-placed cross from Enzo Fernandez. He then secured the first-round victory by completing his brace in stoppage time. Haaland is now City’s third-top all-time goalscorer following his latest Champions League efforts.
