ENZO MARESCA says Manchester City are still waiting for their own apology from referees chief Howard Webb – three years after a controversial derby goal went against them. Maresca said: “Three years ago when I was here, it happened exactly the same against Man Utd. We lost the derby there. “The goal was not a regular goal, if you remember. “And to be honest, no one apologised. We are still waiting for the apology for that goal, “Sometimes it happens for you, sometimes it happens against you. He said: “Talking about one episode or one moment after that game when we played for 75 minutes with 10 men is quite poor. The performance was unbelievable.” VAR Matt Donohue and his assistant Blake Antrobus have been dropped from their Prem matches this weekend as a result of the blunders. But Maresca defended the pair, saying: “It’s not easy, I think, for the VAR, for the people that are in front of the screen, and in 10 seconds, 20 seconds, they have to make a decision. “Sometimes they make some mistakes, I make mistakes, players make mistakes.
