ENGLAND stars enjoyed some downtime on holiday while getting over their World Cup heartache. The Three Lions are still recovering from their agonising 2-1 defeat to Argentina in the semi-finals earlier this month. Kane celebrated his 33rd birthday with some time by the pool along with his wife Kate and their three children. He also posted a picture of himself taking his kids to the park alongside some other highlights of his year with Bayern Munich on Instagram. Kane wrote in a caption: “It has been a year to remember! Thanks for all the birthday messages. Perfect day with the family.” England’s top scorer during the tournament, Jude Bellingham, jetted off to Hawaii with his girlfriend Ashlyn Castro. He was pictured taking in the scenery during a stroll through the mountains. Keeper Jordan Pickford was also seen having a much-needed break as he posed for pictures with his partner Megan by the pool. Megan uploaded the pictures on her Instagram account and wrote: “Time for some fun with my love.” Arsenal stars Eberechi Eze and Noni Madueke also posted pictures of their getaways. Eze showed off pictures of himself relaxing on a yacht, playing tennis and walking on the beach – while also posting one of Declan Rice sipping a cocktail while wearing a suit and bow-tie. Madueke uploaded photos of him having a swim in the ocean with a surf board. He also gave fans a glimpse of his luxury lifestyle on board his private jet and hanging with friends. England players are being allowed a three to four-week break after their World Cup exploits, which means they should return to their clubs in early August. The likes of Eze and Madueke will hope to feature in the Community Shield against Man City on August 16. Arsenal then kick off the 2026-27 season against newly-promoted Coventry on August 21. For Kane, his Bundesliga season doesn’t start until August 28, but Bayern Munich do have a German Super Cup against Dortmund to play on August 22. Comment now
