Inc. to repair Ridge Road near Southington Drive. The measure was approved as an emergency. The damage happened July 17, when a water main break undermined the pavement, according to Parma city spokeswoman Carolyn Kovach. Cleveland Water has already repaired the water main, but the roadway now requires full pavement restoration.Service Director Tony Vannello told council that Fabrizi is expected to begin work by the end of the week.“It may be a phased approach, though.
