EEOC subpoena on Jewish UPenn personnel stayed
PHILADELPHIA — The Pennsylvania federal court that ordered the University of Pennsylvania to disclose names and personal contact information of Jewish people on its campus to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has issued a stay on the enforcement of that order. The public interest weighs in favor of a stay so the Third Circuit can review UPenn’s appeal “absent unnecessary procedural deadlines.”
