Echo & The Bunnymen announce 2026 winter UK tour

Echo & The Bunnymen have announced a series of tour dates across the UK for this winter – check out all the details below. The upcoming trek comes on the heels of them sharing their first new album in twelve years, ‘Apples For Isaac’. Its release last week marked the band’s first new record since 2014’s , ‘Meteorites‘ and 2018 compilation ‘The Stars, The Ocean and The Moon’. Their latest features late drummer Clem Burke (Blondie, Ramones), who contributed to 10 of the eleven tracks on the record. Kicking off at Cardiff’s Tramshed on November 9, the new trek in support of the record will see them hit Eastbourne, Southampton, Wolverhampton, Middlesbrough, Holmfirth and Coventry. They were set to perform at Philadelphia’s Filmore on June 7, until McCulloch’s vehicle was involved in a “road traffic incident”. While a statement described his injuries as “not believed to be serious”, it stressed that the singer was left “understandably shaken by the incident”. McCulloch had recovered enough to play a huge homecoming show at Anfield Stadium in Liverpool as special guests of My Chemical Romance by the end of June. Previous to that, Courtney Love had said at the end of 2024 that she was working with Echo’s Will Sargent on her new solo album – but not the “rude” PJ Harvey. NME gave Echo’s last album ‘Meteorites’ a three-star review in 2014. “The candour of the lyrics and song titles here is to be admired, (McCulloch candidly examines his mental health throughout, while one song’s called ‘Is This A Breakdown?’),” it read. “But, as a whole, ‘Meteorites’ fails to set the sky on fire.”
