AN EASTENDERS star has been targeted by scammers – and has warned fans not to donate money to fake accounts. Toby-Alexander alerted his fans by explaining: “Just a quick heads-up as I’ve been made aware of accounts impersonating me online. Sign up for the Eastenders newsletter Thank you! “I am not personally on TikTok or Facebook, so any accounts claiming to be me on those platforms are not genuine. “I would also never privately contact anyone asking for money, donations or payments of any kind. “If you receive a massive like this, please don’t engage or send any money – just report and block the account. “Thanks to those who’ve brought it to my attention.” It comes after fans were left fuming after spotting a huge blunder during Friday night’s episode – and has insisted that someone ‘needs to be fired’. One viewer took to Reddit to share a TikTok of a fan pointing out a mishap which involved Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) and Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams). Most read in TV In the scene, Gray – who is in prison for murdering wife Chantelle Atkins, Tina Carter and Kush Kazemi – was seen was lying in a hospital bed uncuffed while talking to Chelsea about their son. On the TikTok it had the caption: “EastEnders made a little mistake.” The Reddit user fumed on the discussion site: “Are the writers this Lazy??? “I didn’t even notice this until now these writers need to be fired.
