EastEnders legend making ‘permanent return’ to the Square 20 years after debut – as star vows to ‘cause chaos’

AN EastEnders legend is making a ‘permanent return’ to Albert Square 20 years on from his debut. It has been 17 years since this character was a regular presence on the BBC soap.
