Eagles running back Saquon Barkley left Sunday’s game against the Titans with a stinger. He said afterward he expected to be good to go for Week 3.Barkley’s practice week began with limited work Thursday, a good sign for his availability for Monday night’s game against the Bears.He wore a cowboy collar at practice, according to multiple reports.Wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring), tight end Dallas Goedert (knee), running back Tank Bigsby (abdomen) and running back Will Shipley (foot) did not practice.Defensive tackle Jalen Carter (wrist), outside linebacker Jonathan Greenard (pec) and safety Drew Mukuba (knee) were limited.Offensive guard Tyler Steen (shoulder) had full participation.
