And even though it was one of the worst pains I’ve ever felt, I had one important question for my athletic trainer: ‘Are my teeth fine, though?’”He further explained that his teeth were “not fine” as he was hospitalized for the injury, and even documented his recovery at the time.Jackson later explained that he went on with his life as usual through his recovery, even attending a Taylor Swift concert because “I was not missing that.” (He’s just like me, for real.)“Three weeks later, I was back on the field wearing a cage on my helmet. And after posting all this content, I got a message from a cosmetic dentist in Atlanta.They did X-rays and told me even after getting surgery, my teeth were at risk of dying,” Jackson shared, adding that he had gotten veneers.He ended his story with a positive message for fans, saying, “But through all the adversity life throws at you, remember to stay positive, continue to live your life, and usually in return, good things will happen.”Well…one of those good things turned out to be a stint on Dancing With the Stars for a chance to compete for the iconic mirrorball trophy!
