The production team said the new release plan is aimed at giving the film the scale and theatrical platform it deserves.“This decision has been made to give #IMGAME the scale, reach, and theatre platform it truly deserves, allowing audiences across different markets to experience it on the big screen. The wait gets a little longer, but the game gets bigger! (sic),” the team said.With the new date, the film will simultaneously release in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada. The makers are looking to expand its theatrical footprint beyond the Malayalam market and make the most of Dulquer’s pan-Indian appeal.The release announcement comes soon after the makers unveiled Mazhavillaye, the first single from the film. Composed by Jakes Bejoy, the song has been sung by Armaan Malik. Dulquer recently praised Armaan for his contribution to the track. Sharing his appreciation on X, the actor wrote, “It’s such a privilege to have you bring so much soul and your own spirit to this track brother.
