Drunk scooter rider runs from police: Mayfield Heights Police Blotter
Around 10:15 p.m. April 12, officers twice witnessed a man fall from his electric scooter while traveling near the station. Suspecting that he was intoxicated, they called for him to stop, but he kept riding, subsequently abandoning the scooter and running into a resident’s backyard on Commonwealth Avenue.
