Drunk man found sleeping in car at Drug Mart: Highland Heights Police Blotter
Officers responded to Drug Mart at 7:07 p.m. Oct. 14 for a report of a man sleeping in a running vehicle. After waking him, they detected an odor of alcohol and urine.
