(ABC News: Luke Stephenson)A 40-year-old woman is set to be charged over a double fatal collision in Canberra's north last month.Police have said the woman was behind the wheel when her sedan struck five cyclists on Gungahlin Drive in Palmerston early on August 27.Thirty-two-year-old cyclist Bridie Lee died at the scene, while 39-year-old Ryan Riethmuller died days later in hospital.Last weekend, hundreds of mourners participated in a tribute ride for the pair, who had been involved in the ACT's triathlon community.Woman to face three chargesA group of five cyclists cyclists were involved in the crash on Gungahlin Drive. (ABC News: Luke Stephenson)Officers from ACT Policing's Major Collision Team had been investigating what led to the double fatality and today issued the driver with a summons to appear before court.The woman is set to face two charges of culpable driving causing death and one charge of negligent driving causing actual bodily harm.She is expected to front the ACT Magistrates Court on October 20.
