Drilon: ‘On Senate records, nothing happened’
MANILA, Philippines — A hearing on the flood control scandal called by former majority members of the Senate will amount to nothing as they had no authority to open the inquiry in the first place, former four-time Senate president Franklin Drilon said on Thursday. “On the Senate records, nothing happened,” he said of Thursday’s hearing.
