Drexel faces philosopher’s retaliation claim

PHILADELPHIA — A federal court in Pennsylvania denied summary judgment to Drexel University, its philosophy department chair and its college dean on a professor’s retaliation claims. The tenured professor says the university changed one of her courses from in-person to online instruction after she prevailed in an earlier equal-pay case as an act of retaliation against her.
