Himmat made his Indian Premier League debut for Lucknow Super Giants in 2025 after joining the franchise as a replacement for Australia all-rounder Mitchell Marsh. He had caught the eye during the 2024 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, scoring 197 runs in eight innings at a strike rate of 148.The right-handed batter is yet to make a significant impact in the IPL.
